Custom 18kt yellow gold ring features a gorgeous hexagon or "snowflake" cut light blue Montana sapphire, prong-set and surrounded by 83 fine melee diamonds in the hexagon shaped halo and shank for 0.67 total carats. The sapphire weighs 1.44 carats and the ring features an original twist design around shank. This custom piece is accompanied by the original appraisal from the designer stating that the Montana sapphire is unheated. The ring weighs 5.4 grams and is currently a size 6 with easy adjustment up or down. A truly unique piece featuring an exquisite center gemstone.
