Adorable 18KT white gold necklace features 3 Heart Charms comprised of 3 different colors of round sapphires (yellow, blue and pink) and 36 round diamonds for a total approximate weight of 0.84cts connected by 3 rows of 18KT white gold open link chain.Bottom Heart is shaped primarily with 10 round pink sapphires,surrounding 6 round diamonds, attached to the necklace with a bow that features oneround pink sapphire flanked by 2 round diamonds. The remaining heart charms are shaped primarily with 12 round diamonds, surrounding blue sapphires on one side and yellow sapphires on the other side, each attached with a white gold bow, each with one round corresponding color of sapphire flanked by 2 diamonds.
